UPDATE - 1/23: DUE TO THE WEATHER FORECAST, THE MEET HAS BEEN CANCELED. IT WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULED. Please note that this meet will be limited to 1000 athletes. Once the athlete limit has been reached, we will no longer accept any more athletes. This is to ensure the meet finishes on time, as there is another meet coming in after.

Any individuals or teams with payments in arrears (for training or meets) must first settle all outstanding balances before registering for Armory track meets. Teams or organizations requiring a purchase order for payment should submit their request in advance to ensure timely processing.
Spectator Info: Adults $10, Students $5, Children under 3 feet 6 inches free.
Spike Policy: The only acceptable spikes allowed on the Armory track surface are ¼-inch pyramid spikes. All spikes must be checked prior to competition.
Food Policy: Outside food and beverage is NOT allowed to be brought into the arena. The Armory provides the opportunity for individual food and beverage purchases at The Refuel Zone cafe.

About
This meet is a USATF sanctioned youth meet for unattached athletes and athletes representing their club/middle school teams. High school athletes can not represent their high school teams and will compete as unattached athletes or under a club name (teams can enter a “team alias” if athletes are registered through a school account).
While this meet is a USATF sanctioned event, USATF membership is not required for participation.
Pre-Meet Instructions
Registration Steps
Go to athletic.net and add the meet to your team’s calendar. On your athletic.net team page, find the meet name and click “Enter Athletes.” When teams enter the meet, they will be prompted to either enter a credit card for pre-authorization, or click a link to contact the meet host to arrange offline payment. Once teams do this, then they will be able to register athletes.
You must enter athletes into specific events with seed times.
Registration is $18 per athlete. Each athlete is allowed to compete in three events.

All athletes should have their date of birth entered in their athletic.net profile before they are registered (help guide).
Per USATF Rule 300.1b,d: “The athlete’s year of birth shall determine the division in which the athlete shall compete… Athletes who are still eighteen (18) years of age through the final day of the National Junior Olympic Track and Field Championship shall be eligible to compete in the 17-18 year old division through that meet. This extended eligibility does not apply to cross country events.”
All athletes must be entered in their correct age division (please see below).

All registered teams/clubs/athletes must pay all entry fees online through athletic.net before the entry deadline. If your status is marked as ”confirmed” on athletic.net, then you are set to compete and your packet will be ready.
Unattached athletes will be prompted to make an online payment within 30 minutes of registering. Failure to do so will result in registration being cleared/deleted.
Entries and Seeding
Heat sheets and flights will be posted before the meet on armorytrack.live.
Age divisions may be combined in some events if there are low entries.
Track events will run from the youngest age group to the oldest, and then will swap genders (girls first, then boys). Field events will run from the oldest age group, and then will swap genders (girls first, then boys). Please check the meet page for any updates to the schedule.
Meet Day Information
Packet Pickup
Doors to The Armory for the track meet will open at 8:00am. Packets will be available for pickup on the first floor in the Millrose Room (on the left side of the lobby). Each packet will contain race bibs that your athletes must wear, meet information sheets and a team roster page.
Coach Credentials
All registered clubs/teams will receive one complimentary coach wristband. Additional wristbands will be distributed based on the total number of athletes for a specific club/team. Any additional coaches will have to pay the admission fee at the front desk.
Warm-Up Area
The Armory has two warm-up hallways on the second floor. The track will be open for warm-ups until clerking is called for the first event. If athletes go outside to warm-up, they should wear their bib to show Armory staff to re-enter the building.
Track Events
Clerking for all oval running events will be done on the apron outside the track along the first turn (underneath the end wall scoreboard).
Clerking for all infield running events will be done at the starting line of the 55m (next to the first turn and the clerking area).
Athletes should report to the clerking area when called and listen for their name to get their heat and lane assignment.
Starting blocks will be allowed for the 55m Dash and the 55m Hurdles only. The Armory will provide blocks - no outside blocks will be allowed in The Armory.
Field Events
Athletes should check in at their field event when it is called.
For horizontal field events, athletes will be given four attempts (no finals).

Results
Live results will be available on armorytrack.live.
In the case of an appeal on a referee decision, “only video as designated official by the Games Committee before the competition may be used.” (USATF Rule 119.4c)
Awards
The top three places in each age division will be awarded medals. Awards will be handed out inside the Millrose Room on the first floor (the same room where you picked up your packet).
Store Information
The Armory Store will be open during the meet.
