World's Top Sprinters Bringing the Heat to 118th Millrose Games 60m and 60m HurdlesPublished by
The 118th Millrose Games are now less than three weeks away, scheduled for Sunday, February 1st at the Nike Track & Field Center at The Armory. The two shortest races of the day on the men’s side, the 60m and 60m Hurdles, are both stacked with world-class talent, including names such as Cordell Tinch, Daniel Roberts, Dylan Beard, Jordan Anthony, Ackeem Blake, and Marcellus Moore. Men’s 60m Hurdles Cordell Tinch is the reigning World Champion in the 110m Hurdles. Tinch won five Diamond League races in 2025, and lowered his personal best to 12.87, the fifth-fastest in history. He also placed second at last year’s Millrose Games. Daniel Roberts is the Olympic silver medalist from 2024, after taking bronze at the 2023 World Championships. He is also a three-time national champion and two-time NCAA champion. Dylan Beard has won this race in back-to-back years at the Millrose Games, setting the meet record of 7.38 in 2025. After becoming one of the top athletes in the world despite lacking a shoe sponsor, Beard hopes to continue writing his underdog story with another win at Millrose. Men’s 60m Ackeem Blake is the Jamaican record holder in the 60m, as well as a 2024 Olympian in the 100m. He is the 2022 NACAC champion in the latter event. Jordan Anthony is the reigning NCAA champion in the 60m and 100m, as well as the 2025 Bowerman Award winner. The former University of Arkansas standout is now looking to make his mark on the professional ranks. Marcellus Moore is the reigning 60m champion at the Millrose Games. Moore broke the ten second barrier in the 100m for the first time later in the season. The 118th Millrose Games is a World Athletics Indoor Tour Gold meet. Other athletes announced include Grant Fisher, Cole Hocker, Elle St. Pierre, Jess Hull, Nikki Hiltz, Joe Kovacs, Yared Nuguse, Hobbs Kessler, Cameron Myers, Devynne Charlton, Danielle Williams, Doris Lemngole, Jane Hedengren, Josette Andrews, Cooper Lutkenhaus, Tsige Duguma, Sage Hurta-Klecker, and Addy Wiley.
