The 2026 Millrose Games will be broadcast live from The Nike Track & Field Center at The Armory in New York City on Friday, January 30 & Sunday, February 1. The broadcast, featuring pre-TV window events only, will be available on ArmoryTrack.org and will require a RunnerSpace+ subscription. Sign up here for RunnerSpace+. 

The high performance portion of the event will be broadcast live on NBC between 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM ET on Sunday, February 1. Check your local cable listings for NBC.

The ArmoryTrack.org broadcast will not air the events from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM ET nor will it have on demand content from that window. Those events will air on NBC ONLY. 

The broadcast will be focused on events taking place on the oval. Races on the infield will be shown when possible but will not take priority over oval events. Select field events may also be shown if time allows.

On demand videos for all pre-tv window events will be available on ArmoryTrack.org.

Viewing/Subscription Tips:
-If your stream is blurry or bad quality, use the quality toggle in the bottom right corner of the player to move up your quality.
-If your stream is skipping, use the quality toggle in the bottom right corner of the player to move down your streaming quality to better match your internet speed.
- Safari / Chrome Users - Newer versions of the Safari browser automatically block embeds on websites. If you see that the player is blocked, check the browser's privacy settings to make sure the prevent cross-site tracking and block all cookies options are unchecked.
-If you are only signing up for a RS+ subscription for this event and never intend on watching another event in the current or future RS+, live or on-demand inventory, then go to your account area on plus.runnerspace.com after you login and select the "Cancel/Renew Subscription" button (do NOT cancel your credit card). This will prevent future recurring credit card charges, but still allow you to view all of RS+ for the month, just like you would on similar monthly subscription services like Netflix.
